Points of Contact: Fixture Secretary - Malc KERSHAW, Referees Secretary - Russell HOYTE, League Secretary - Scott WHITE

What is the deadline for Match Confirmations to be sent?

The deadline is Wednesday evening, but it is BEST PRACTICE to send Match Confirmations on a Sunday or Monday after the fixture has been confirmed by automated email from FA Full-Time. Match Confirmations should be sent by email, text or WhatsApp message.

The Match Confirmation should confirm the venue (with full postal address), car parking guidance, kick-off time, home team kit colours including goalkeeper and the time that the dressing rooms will be available. In addition, if there are any special instructions regarding car parking, or restrictions on photography or VEO, etc, these should also be notified. The match official should also be asked for their preferred payment method for the match fee.

Responses to the Match Confirmation should be received within 24-48 hours.

What should we do if we do not receive a Match Confirmation by Wednesday evening?

For clubs, please notify the League Secretary by email, text or WhatsApp message, and match officials, the Referees Secretary. We will then chase this for you.

Clubs who repeatedly fail to meet the League's Match Confirmation requirements will be subject to disciplinary action.
