L&C invites applications for 2026-27 season

With the season fast approaching the 'business end' of the season, the L&C is inviting applications for membership for 2026-27 season.

The L&C is an open-age Saturday afternoon mens league, serving clubs across Greater Manchester, North Cheshire and surrounding districts close to the motorway network.

We are a progressive, club-centred league offering ongoing support and flexibility to meet club needs, with affordable fees that have been unchanged since 2012.

If you are a new team, or moving into Saturday football for the first time, we will provide you with support and guidance to help you through the process.

We are keen to attract under 21 and under 23 teams stepping into open-age football for the first time as we hope to establish a new division for development teams next season.

We offer football for all abilities and allocate teams to ensure everyone is playing at the correct standard to provide competitive football.
